Working on Christmas Cards

Well,
It's that time when I am crazy busy with Christmas cards. I have decided to sell a few this year and I have a few orders to still complete. Very thankful for the friends that have supported me and my fabulous students.

The temps have finally dropped into the 40's here in Maryland. Time for some serious hot chocolate.

Very First Copic Sponsored Crop In Maryland!

I am very excited to offer the very first Copic Sponsored Crop in Maryland on October 27th from 10-5 in Millersville. This is an Appreciation Crop to my wonderful students that have taken all of my classes. I am so proud of everyone of them and how they have really perfected their skills! This will be our final crop as our wonderful store Great Scraps has decided to close its doors. I will continue to teach and look forward to new opportunities to do so!

Copic Fall Fun

Can you believe that Summer is almost over. I don't know about you, but I am ready to embrace Fall with open arms. It has been extremely hot here in Maryland. Think Fall

Hello All,

Thought I would drop in to say hello. I am on a vacation for a few days so no new samples. However, I will be designing some new "Nature Inspired" cards for a September class. I will post those later and I also designed a "Landscape" class for August. I know it is a million degrees outside but Pantone just came out with the new Fall colors 2012! I will leave you with those! Stay cool!

Fabulous Flowers

Hello All,
Just wanted to show you two cards that I taught last week using flowers. I really love these huge stamps by Stampendous. I also played with layering and using a light colored Memento ink called Desert Sand. Enjoy!

Moving right along this Month! May is going so fast. It has been a pretty rainy month so far in Maryland and the temps are perfect. Well, this month is a busy month for high school seniors. So I designed a class called Celebrations to honor them. If you are in the Maryland area, this class is being taught at Great Scraps on May 19th.
