This is one of my favorite cards because this was a card taught in one of my card classes. The background paper is Bazzill black, then I used a white glossy paper and stamped the pattern onto it using Versamark clear and while wet, I poured on clear detail embossing powder, then heat embossed it. Next I used a couple of ink pads like magenta, olive green, orange and gold.
I played with each color then used a paper towel to remove most of the color until I reached a color that I liked. It is a resist. I then added a bow, flowers and brads, and my sentiment. I also edged the card with a gold Cat's eye ink pad.
